Name, company name, phone or messenger details, selected service, matter description, jurisdictions, preferred start date and evidence of consent. Fields not marked as required are optional.

3. Purposes and retention period

Data is used to review the enquiry, contact the visitor and prepare a proposal for legal services. It is processed until the purpose of the enquiry has been fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless a different period is required by law.

4. How the form works

Information entered in the form is processed in the user’s browser. The website does not transmit it to a Paralex server or store the enquiry. On submission, the website displays the prepared text and, at the user’s request, opens WhatsApp. The user may also copy the text, open Telegram or prepare an e-mail when an address is configured.

5. Cross-border transfer through WhatsApp

If the user chooses WhatsApp, the message is transmitted at the user’s initiative to WhatsApp, whose servers may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Further processing is governed by WhatsApp’s terms. The website does not independently initiate the transfer and does not store the message.

6. Data-subject rights

Under Kazakhstan law, a data subject may obtain information about processing, request amendment or supplementation, blocking or destruction of data, and withdraw consent. Requests may be made by telephone or WhatsApp at +7 705 262 0642. Information or a reasoned refusal will be provided within three business days; amendment, blocking or destruction will be completed within the periods prescribed by Kazakhstan law.

7. Cookies, localStorage and technical logs

The website code sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts or other third-party resources on page load. The selected language is stored only in the browser’s localStorage. The hosting provider may process technical request logs—IP address, user-agent, date and time, requested URL and response status—to operate and protect its infrastructure.
